Currently only posting orders within the UK - If you have an enquiry regarding delivery overseas, please contact me at info@hannahwarlandjewellery.co.uk, before placing an order.

Flat rate postage - all items are sent via Royal Mail.

Dispatch

All orders are usually dispatched within 14 working days.

Hannah Warland Jewellery is not held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail once order has been dispatched.

Returns/Exchanges

Please contact me at info@hannahwarlandjewellery.co.uk if you wish to discuss a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days.

Earrings, bespoke made jewellery and commissioned pieces are non-returnable / non-refundable.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn, undamaged and must be returned in the packaging and condition in which it was received.

Return postage costs are non-refundable.

Bespoke Jewellery Gift Vouchers are refundable within 14 days of order. If the giftee wishes to change the item chosen for them, they may do so, but any additional cost must be paid, by them, prior to the jewellery being made. The voucher may not be exchanged by the giftee for its monetary value.
